Document Scanning

Using sophisticated high speed scanners we have a capacity to capture paper documents and output into most formats including TIFF, PDF, JPG They can be created in colour, grey scale or B/W and any size up to 36" wide. Using only industry standard recognised scanning hardware and capture software to guarantee the best quality. Barcodes are processed quickly and efficiently ensuring the minimum amount of handling and reduced processing costs. A variety of delivery methods and formats are available, ensuring that you will be able to quickly access the scanned images either using your own software or your document management system.

Our scanning process also follows the guidelines of BS Disc PD0008 the current British Standard document relating to 'Legal Admissibility and Evidential Weight of Information Stored Electronically'. This in turn sets out the benchmark procedures that business should follow in order to achieve best practice for the legal admissibility of their electronic documents.

It also sets out the practice in relationship to the requirements of the Civil Evidence Act 1995, and Her Majesty’s Revenues and Customs (HMRC).
