What experience do you have?
Sky High Data Capture brings together over 45 years of data capture experience and a network of offices in London, Scotland and Yorkshire; we are pleased to be able to offer a complete managed solution of the highest quality. We understand the importance of data security and control documents at all stages of the process in addition to industry standard encryption of all data files. We are registered with the ICO and adhere to the seven principles of the Data Protection Act 1998. Our scanning process also follows the guidelines of BS Disc PD0008 the current British Standard document relating to 'Legal Admissibility and Evidential Weight of Information Stored Electronically'.

How quickly are you able to set up a job?
Data capture: Depending on your requirements. If you send an example of the document and your preferred output specification we can have the job set up very quickly in most cases.
How much will it cost?
Try us and you will be pleasantly surprised. Once the specification has been agreed and we have set the job up for you the price is then fixed.
How do you collect my documents?
We have our own vans and sometimes we also use reliable couriers.
What is PAF address generation?
This is the Postal Address File (PAF) supplied by the Royal Mail. This enables us to capture addresses quickly and accurately.
What is double entry verification?
This is the process whereby all or designated data fields will be captured a second time by a different operator to ensure that the data has been captured with the maximum accuracy. Examples of fields that would benefit from this process are Account Numbers, URN’s, Credit / Debit card numbers, email & telephone numbers.
What capacity do you have / what turnaround can be achieved?
Our production facility gives us the ability to instantly expand to process huge volumes when the need arises. We offer very quick turnaround times but there is no standard time frame as it depends on the amount of incoming mail items per day and on the type of document. Response devices with horse-shoe gummed enclosures take longer to open than standard envelopes. It also depends whether the mail needs to be sorted by type etc.
