Do you offer envelope opening and sortation?
Yes, we will be pleased to open envelopes prior to capture of the information on the contents. We can sort and extract other documentation too.
Do you use home workers?
No. All of our team are based at our purpose built Data Capture Centre in Halifax and can tailor our bespoke service to meet your individual needs.
Do you scan documents?
Yes. Using sophisticated high speed scanners we have a capacity to capture paper documents and output into most formats including TIFF, PDF, JPG They can be created in colour, grey scale or B/W and any size up to 36" wide. Using only industry standard recognised scanning hardware and capture software to guarantee the best quality. Barcodes are processed quickly and efficiently ensuring the minimum amount of handling and reduced processing costs. A variety of delivery methods and formats are available, ensuring that you will be able to quickly access the scanned images either using your own software or your document management system. How will you send data to us?
We can either send you an email, CD or ftp depending on what is most convenient for you.
Will my data be kept confidential?
All of our staff are committed to absolute confidentiality with regard to the data that we process. We are registered with the data protection registrar and consider confidentiality to be central to the confidence that our clients have in our service.
Green Policy
If requested all documents received from client for data capture are disposed of in a safe and secure manner. Following keying, documents are re-located to our secure storage area and labelled with the destruction date.
In addition we demonstrate our commitment to a ‘Green Footprint’ policy by recycling over 80% of the documents we process.
Every week a sub-contractor accredited with the Department of the Environment shreds the documents under the supervision of a senior member of staff. The waste is hauled away, hydraulically pulped and recycled.
AAll office waste of an electrical nature, I.E., terminals, fluorescent tubes, keyboards etc are disposed of according to the Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment Directive. Computer bases have the hard disks removed and destroyed prior to disposal.
Printer cartridges are returned for re-manufacturing.
