Volume: 400,000 records per annum
The Service: Sky High Data Capture was awarded the contract in July 2008 for the quarterly printing,
mailing and data capture and verification of 100,000 confidential surveys and covering letters for the
Neighbourhood Policing Survey. The documents are stored on site for one
year prior to confidential destruction.

In addition we have the added requirement to control the print of 12 different surveys and add a unique
reference number to both the survey and the covering letter as the client requires a separate covering
letter matched to each survey.
Following our latest successful tender we have over the last year mailed out to 400,000 recipients and
data captured 75,000 returned surveys. Our client has recently exercised their option to extend the
contract for a further 3 years.
